Simply return the goods to Extrafilm in the original packaging within 30 days and we will refund you. Please note that negatives remain the property of the customer.
When you upload or send in your digital images for printing or order online from your photocentre, please check the print recommendation for each image in the shopping cart. Extrafilm cannot guarantee the quality of an image that is below the recommended resolution for the print size ordered. Extrafilm recommends that you keep a back up of your images at all times. Please check that your order is correct before completing the transaction, as we are unable to alter an order once it has been submitted.
Please note that online images are stored in good faith and that all reasonable security and storage precautions have been made. Extrafilm accepts no liability for loss of online images due to unforeseen technical circumstances.
While Extrafilm are able to accept orders coming from and going overseas, please note we are unable to track orders outside of the Australian postal system. We can therefore accept no responsibility for missing or damaged goods outside of Australia. Please note that there is an overseas surcharge on return postage and handling fees.
If a product order is deemed by Extrafilm to be of commercial volume, we reserve the right to go outside the stated postage and handling matrix for delivery of goods.
