What is a cookie? A "cookie" is a number that is stored in your hard drive. There are no identifying characteristics about you in this number. It's simply a way your computer announces itself to our server and it saves you having to re-enter your customer number and password every time you visit our site. Cookies cannot be used to get data from your hard drive, your email address or any sensitive information about you.

For access to the EXTRAFILM Photo Centre, cookies will need to be enabled in your browser.

Why can't I login to the Photo Centre?
Go through this checklist first.... these are our most common queries. 1. Check your customer number and password are correct - you can get them from your invoice or from the email from RollMail@extrafilm with the subject "View your photos Now!" 2. If your password has digits that could be mistaken for numbers or capital letters try the alternative. eg. "0" (zero) and "O" (capital o) look similar - try the other. Also with capital i, lowercase L, and 1 (number one) are confused with each other. 3. Cookies must be enabled in your browser. 4. Caps Lock on your keyboard must be off. (That doesn't mean though that you shouldn't type in capital letters if that is what your password contains - just not all Capital letters.) The password should be typed in exactly as it appears on your email or invoice.
