How do I join Club Extra Gold? 
To join, you must be an existing member of Extrafilm, click here to join. If you are a member, log into your Members Club House, click on Join Club Extra Gold. You will be made a member instantly and emailed details on your membership. Alternatively, you can call one of our friendly customer care team on (07) 5509 7979

How much is it to join Club Extra Gold? 
The annual membership fee is $19.95.

What benefits do I receive when I join Club Extra Gold?
For $19.95 per year you can:

• Everyday Digital Prices of 15 cents for 4x6 inch prints and 25 cents cent for 5x7 inch prints online or mail in, regardless of quantities.
• A Photosafe to store up to 500 of your digital images
• Membership Rebate - $9.95 credit to use for online ordering
• Online Feature: Shared Albums. You can have up to 500 photos in your Shared Albums. Gold Members Shared Albums remain online for the length of their membership. Other Members Shared Albums remain online for 60 days.
• You earn 1.5 Reward Points for every $1.00 you spend, (excludes postage and handling) These points can be redeemed on a wide range of products and services from Extrafilm.
• Special Offers and promotions from Extrafilm just for Gold Members
• Fun and informative Member eNewsletter full of great articles, hints, tips and special offers.

What happens after I join?
Shortly after joining, you will receive an email, which details how you can start to take advantage of your new gold membership status immediately. You can then move your favourite photos from your 30 day free online storage into your Photo Safe for longer viewing.

When will my membership expire?
Your membership will expire 1 year from the date you joined the club. Eg. Your membership started on the 1^st July 2008 it would expire on the 1^st July 2009.

How do I earn reward points?
You will earn 1.5 membership points for every $1.00 you spend with Extrafilm (excluding postage and handling). As you accumulate points you will be entitled to redeem these points on a digital printng, film  developing services and enlargements!

When will I start to accumulate Reward Points?
As soon as you join Club Extra Gold you will start accumulating points instantly, including your membership fee!  The more often you use Extrafilm, the more points you will earn.

How will I know how many membership points I have?
You will always be able to see your current Points Total in your Members Club House.  Your invoice statement that is returned with your photos will also show what your points total was the date the statement was printed. Gold Members can redeem their Rewards online.

How do I redeem my Reward Points? 
To redeem points you have accumulated, go to your Members Club House.  Then click on the “View Rewards” link.  You can then select from a variety of products and services you are entitled to. As a Gold Member, you can redeem your Rewards online, or print out the Rewards coupon and include it with your next order to Extrafilm.

What happens when I use up my points?
When you use your points to claim products and services you are entitled to, your Point Total will be reduced according to the number of points you have used.  Eg. if you have 80 points and you redeem 55 points on a product, your new Point Total will be 25. This will be shown on your Invoice Statement and online in your Members Club House.

Will I be charged postage and handling on products and services I redeem?
If you redeem a service or gift with no paid order, you will be charged $2.75 for postage and handling. If you redeem a product or service with a paid order, you will NOT be charged an additional postage and handling fee.

What happens to my points if I do not renew my Gold Club Membership?
If you do not renew your Gold Club membership, you will then be a member of the free membership status of Club Extra. Your points will remain valid and usable. You will till accumulate points in the future as per the Terms and Conditions of Club Extra (1 point for every $1.00 spent). Your Photosafe will no longer be available and your online images will expire in 30 days from the date of uploading.
