View Online Albums
Go to the Extrafilm Home Page and login with your member number and password.
From your Members Club House, click the "view online albums' button to see
your Photo Index Page.
Album Index
Your album index page shows how many albums you have online from your film
or digital order. It also shows the expiry date and other information about
the album.
Each album cover will show you one thumbnail image from the album.
Click the image or "view" to go to the Thumbnail Index Page for that
album.
Select Your Images
The Index Print shows a thumbnail image of your photos in the album. Click
the box (a) under the thumbnail image of the photo/s you want to order from.
You can also "select all' images (b) from the album from the top left menu.
Then click the 'add to cart' button (c) to move your photos to the shopping
trolley.
Select your photo size or product
Once your images are in the order basket, you can select the print size or
photo product and quantity for each image. You can select the default size
and quantity for all images from the menu above your thumbnails. Click the
arrow on the drop down box for more selections. Glossy is the default paper.
For matt photos, tick the box above your thumbnails to choose matt for all
photos.

You can change your selections for a single image. To select only some images
as matt, check or uncheck the matt box next to the thumbnail
(a).
To alter
paper sizes or products for individual images, click on the arrow in the drop
down box for more options
(b).
To order more than one product for an image,
use the second and third selection rows. Make sure you include a quantity.
To remove the image from ordering, zero the quantity with the 'remove' link
under the thumbnail (c).
Confirm Your Order

If you would like to add products to your order, click the 'add products'
button to browse the online catalogue (a).
If you would like to add more photos to your order, just go back to your Club
House from the top menu bar to view your albums and select more images for printing (b) They will be added to your order.

If you want to change your order, click the 'change your photo choices, and then click 'update'.
Once you have checked the items in your trolley, click the 'proceed' button
to complete your order (c).
Checkout

Your details as we have on file will appear automatically. If these details are incorrect, click the 'update your details' button to update your information.
If the order is going to another address, enter these details in the 'Alternative Address' section. This will not change the records we have on file for you.
If you are picking up from the Extrafilm Gold Coast shop, select the final option by clicking the button.

Once you are satisfied your delivery details are correct, click the 'proceed' button to make
secure payment (a) by credit card and complete your order.
You can see an order summary and total in the right hand box, including any postage and
handling fees applied (b).
Only click the proceed button if you are sure your order is correct (c).
An order confirmation page will tell you your order number and you will also receive a
confirmation email with an order summary to the address we have on file.
You will also receive an email you when your order is dispatched. This is usually the
next working day for most print orders. Photo products take longer.

If you do not proceed with your order right away, we'll hold it in your trolley for you for up to 30 days.
Whenever you have items waiting in the trolley, you will see this trolley icon and order total at the top right side of the page when you are logged into your Members Club House. Just click on the trolley any time to view your pending order.
