Select
and Upload Your Photos
Go to the Extrafilm Home Page and login with your member number and password.
Then click the UPLOAD button from your Members Club House.
The first time
visiting the upload page you will be asked to accept a certificate for uploading;
choose always accept. Alternatively, you can choose a single image selector
and uploader with no certificates to accept.
Find
the photos you want to upload from your computer files in the column to
the left (1).
When you select a folder, the images will appear in the
top box (2).
Select and drag them to the upload box below (3).
To remove an
image for uploading, right click and select 'remove' (4). click the 'upload
now' button. How long your upload takes depends on your connection speed,
and the number and size of images. (see approximate upload times
here
For the single image selector, choose one image at a time from your computer
files by clicking the 'browse' button.
Please Note; Maximum size per file is 6mb - Maximum size per upload is 60mb.
Select
Your Photo Products
Once your images are in the order basket, you can select the print size or
photo product and quantity for each image.
You can select the default size and quantity for all images from the menu
above your thumbnails. Click the arrow on the drop down box for more selections.
Glossy is the default paper. For matt photos, tick the box above your thumbnails
to choose matt for all photos.
You can change your selections for a single image. To select only some images
as matt, check or uncheck the matt box next to the thumbnail (a).
To alter paper sizes or products for individual images, click on the arrow
in the drop down box for more options (b).
To order more than one product for an image, use the second and third selection
rows. Make sure you include a quantity (c). To remove the image from ordering,
zero the quantity with the 'remove' link under the thumbnail.
Confirm Your Order
If you would like to add products to your order, click the 'add products' button
to browse the online catalogue (a).
If you would like to add more photos to your order, just go to your Club House
to view your albums and select more images for printing (b) or click the upload
button to upload more photos. They will be added to your order.
Once you have checked the items in your trolley, click the 'enter payment' button
to complete your order (c).
Select
Delivery Method
Select your delivery method, or pick up from the Extrafilm Gold Coast shop.
Your details as we have on file will appear automatically. If these details
are incorrect, click the 'update your details' button to update your information.
If the order is going to another address, enter these details in the 'Alternative
Address' section. This will not change the records we have on file for you.
If you are picking up from the Extrafilm Gold Coast shop, select the final option
by clicking the button.
Secure
Payment
Once you are satisfied your delivery details are correct, click the 'proceed'
button to make secure payment by credit card and complete your order.
Only click the proceed button if you are sure your order is correct.
An order confirmation page will tell you your order number and you will also
receive a confirmation email with an order summary to the address we have on
file.
You will also receive an email you when your order is dispatched. This is usually
the next working day for most print orders. Photo products take longer.
