Q: How many photos can I have on one page?
A: Multipage Image Photobooks have a wide variety of layouts to choose from. You can have up to 4 photos per page.

Q: Can I select more than one background design?
A: Yes! You can have as many different background designs as you want in your Photobook. Just use the 'choose design' button to change your theme.

Q: How many Pages can I have in my Photobook?
Photobooks can have a minimum of 10 pages and a Maximum of 40 Pages

Q: What covers can I have?
A: Choose from Black, White, Red or Burgundy. All with window face.

Q: Is a Portrait or Landscape Photo best for the first page.
A: A single Landscape photo works best for the first page.

Q: Can I have text on my Photobook?
A: Yes, you can have text on any of the pages. Please use the preview text button to make sure you have enough room on your page.

Q: How much will each book cost?
A: 8x12" Multi Image Photobooks start at $21.95 with extra pages at just $1.00 each. Maximum Price for 40 Pages would be $51.95.

Q: How long will it take for my Photobook to be made?
A: Usually you will have the book despatched in 3-5 working days. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Q:How much will each Photobook cost to post?
A: $6 per book. For faster delivery you can select the Express Post for an extra $12.00 per order.

Q: What photos can I use in my Photobook?
A: You can use photos that you have taken from your digital camera (just upload when prompted) or any other jpg images you have on your computer, or you can add from your existing online albums or photosafe (Gold customers)

Q: What aspect ratio is the image size?
A: The aspect ratio is 1:1.4 this means that there will be a small amount of cropping on your photo, however this size is chosen as it best suits digital cameras that take a 1:1.33 aspect as well as cameras that take the traditional 1:1.5 aspect. Images that are square will be cropped horizontally. Please be aware of this cropping if your image has details right to the very top such as head shots.

Q: Can I change the order of the images in my Photobook
A: Yes, Select the box under the image/images that you want to move to the front, then click 'move to front' button. If you wish to move more photos around start with your last photo that you want to appear in the album and 'move to front' then follow on until you have your selected order.
